B&R 4pp420.0571-k28 Power Panel offers efficient performance with shared graphics memory, smart power loss management via an onboard SMC and dependable Ethernet connectivity at 10/100 Mbps. This module is built for stable industrial integration as it supports essential visual tasks and ensures data integrity during power interruptions and seamless communication with control systems.
The 4pp420.0571-k28 power panel supports two levels of USB data transmission, one that handles slower, basic input devices like a keyboard or mouse and another that allows for moderate-speed data exchanges. This module display offers a relatively modest level of visual clarity, suitable for simple user interfaces, menu navigation or basic graphical representation and the protective surface over the touch display is manufactured from polyester, which is a tough, flexible plastic which resists abrasion and some chemicals. The panel can absorb sudden jolts or shocks up to 15 times gravity such as drops or physical impacts without malfunctioning at least for short durations up to 11 milliseconds which makes the panel resilient in environments where mechanical vibration or bumps are common. It features a legacy communication interface that uses a 9-pin male connector, typically employed for RS-232 or RS-485 protocols which allows for straightforward connections to other industrial devices or controllers still relying on traditional serial communication.
This 4pp420.0571-k28 power panel screen reacts to physical pressure from a finger, stylus or gloved hand by using a resistive mechanism, rather than detecting capacitance and this module can tolerate continuous low-frequency shaking from 2–9 Hz with 1.75 mm sway and higher-frequency movement from 9–200 Hz at 0.5 g acceleration. Its screen built-in lighting system emits 150 candelas per square meter which is appropriate for indoor use and environments with moderate ambient light.
