The 4PP281.1043-75 operator terminal is manufactured by B & R Automation as part of the 4PP Power Panels series. The panel combines a color LCD, resistive touch input, and an embedded x86-compatible CPU in a single front-mount housing, providing both machine visualization and real-time control for automated lines, packaging stations, and material handling systems. It is designed for 24 V DC cabinet power and supports direct installation on an enclosure door. The sealed aluminum bezel maintains the required ingress protection so that the controller can be used on the production floor without additional protective enclosures.

The display measures 10.4 in diagonally and renders graphics at 640 × 480 px, a size suited for equipment status pages and parameter lists. Luminance reaches 350 cd/m² with a 600:1 contrast ratio, which helps maintain legibility under typical factory lighting. An analog resistive touch layer allows finger or stylus input even when gloves are worn. Behind the screen, a Geode SC2200 266 MHz processor runs the B & R Automation Runtime, while volatile memory handles temporary variables during operation. Non-volatile storage includes 2 MB of flash for the application and one APCI slot for fieldbus or I/O expansion.
