The 4PP280.1505-75 is a state-of-the-art Power Panel that combines the functionality of conventional industrial visualization panels and industrial PC series into a single compact and highly efficient unit. This product is one of the many panels designed by B & R Automation as part of its 4PP power panel series. Unlike conventional control devices, the 4PP280.1505-75 power panel is equipped with an extremely accurate and power efficient Geode SC2200 processor which maintains high computing power and functions at a frequency of 266 megahertz. Although this part panel is best used with small to medium-sized machines, it can meet the operation requirements of a wide range of production and processing applications. The 4PP280.1505-75 power channel is equipped with the SMC watchdog controller and an SRAM unit, which is battery-buffered and has a memory capacity of 256 kilobytes.
The 4PP280.1505-75 is equipped with a power failure logic controller, it also has a real time clock that is battery buffered. The battery present in the Power panel is a lithium Renata battery, it has a service life of approximately four years after which it should be changed. Customers can access the battery from behind the power panel. Unlike conventional control devices, the 4PP280.1505-75 can independently handle overtemperature risks by automatically going into a reset state and staying there until the temperature in the panel falls to 5 degrees below the temperature that triggered the error.
