The B & R Automation 4PP220.0571-K23 Power Panel is a compact, reliable operator interface constructed for easy integration, accurate control, and economical monitoring in multiple automation systems. This power panel is fitted with a 5.7-inch (144 mm) monochrome LCD display that has 8 shades of gray to provide clear and effective visual indications.
This 4PP220.0571-K23 Power Panel has a rated voltage of 24 VDC ±25% to ensure compatibility across a broad spectrum of industrial power supplies. This panel’s nominal power consumption is 12 W, and the maximum power consumption is 17 W to demonstrate effective energy efficiency under both normal and extreme usage. The startup current of this power panel is capped at 20 A for less than 1 ms to save components from damage when initially powered up and ease loading on connected power supplies. One important control feature of this panel is its easily accessible reset button that enables operators or technicians to execute manual resets without having access to the inner circuitry. This panel also comes equipped with two LED indicators: a user-configurable green LED and a yellow CF LED for CompactFlash operations, which helps in system diagnostics and monitoring data storage.
The operating ambient temperature range of this power panel is 0 to +50 °C to facilitate consistent operation in standard industrial conditions.
