At the core of the panel is a Geode SC2200 processor clocked at 266 MHz; this frequency determines how quickly the unit can execute Automation Runtime tasks and refresh graphical objects. Application code is stored in 2 MB of onboard flash so recipes and stored data remain available after power removal. The aluminum front carries an IP65 rating, blocking dust and low-pressure water to let the unit sit on food-processing or filling lines. Operators view process data on a TFT with 320 × 240 pixels spread across a 5.7 in diagonal, a size that balances readability with panel footprint. A field supply of 24 VDC powers the electronics directly from typical control cabinets, avoiding the need for a dedicated AC supply. The panel boots through Automation Runtime, so the screen is ready for user programs immediately after power-up without extra loaders.
