The 4PP065.1043-K02 is an integrated operator interface produced by B&R Automation as part of the 4PP Power Panels series. The unit combines a touchscreen display with an embedded controller so operators can issue commands, monitor variables, and log data directly from the machine cabinet. Mounted on a door or support arm, it replaces a separate industrial PC and simplifies wiring while providing real-time visualization for automated production lines.

A diagonal of 10.4 in (264 mm) gives the TFT panel a compact footprint that fits crowded enclosures. Its native display resolution is VGA, 480 × 640 pixels, supplying clear status graphics and alarm text. Screen brightness reaches 450 cd/m², maintaining readability under bright shop lighting. A fanless Geode LX800 500 MHz 32-bit x86 processor executes control logic and HMI tasks, and it is paired with 128 MB DDR SDRAM for the operating system and user applications. Power is supplied from a 18 to 30 VDC source, and the panel typically draws 12 W, which helps limit heat inside the control cabinet. Network integration is handled by a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port that supports project download and real-time data exchange with PLCs or SCADA hosts. The aluminum bezel achieves an IP65 front rating when properly gasketed, helping block dust and allowing washdown cleaning at the front of the unit.
