It mounts on a control cabinet door, bringing CPU resources and an operator interface directly to the production floor. Its integrated layout allows machine status, user input, and control tasks to be handled from one enclosure.
Its display subsystem is anchored by a 5.7 in monochrome LCD that renders process graphics at 320 × 240 px. Backlighting delivers 140 cd/m², providing readable images across factory lighting conditions, while dithering supports 8 shades of gray for simple trend charts and alarms. The screen is paired with an analog resistive touch layer and ten dedicated touch keys, allowing operators to confirm setpoints even when gloved. An RJ45 port offers 10/100 Mbit/s Ethernet so the panel can exchange variables with higher-level PLCs or SCADA hosts, and one X2X link master channel is available for distributed I/O nodes.
