Product Description

The Servomotor Terminal, EL7211-0010, has a One Cable Technology that is designed for AM8100 series motors. The sophisticated device is designed with dense modeling for a high-end servo performance. The motor cable carries control signals and power to motor and feedback systems. Closed-loop systems are combined in this device using the One Cable Technology (OCT). The complex integrated circuits of the servomotors are designed to automatically interpret the terminal’s command and configure the parameter accordingly. This device is economically best as it reduces the expenditure by minimizing the wiring and production order.

The device has a fast control technology. The foundation of this technology is based on Field-Oriented Current (FOC), controls the torque of step and AC motors with precision, and PI speed control, which interprets an error within a system using its feedback control loop. Greater efficiency of the device is achieved by the calculation of I2T model that monitors the technical constants. 16 LEDs indicate different signs, warnings, and limitations, therefore bring easiness in its usage. This device has CAN-over-EtherCAT (CoE) and high-end semiconductors as an additional feature for improved performance.

The special features include system-integrated, plug-and-play, OCT, and absolute feedback. For each shaft position, absolute feedback records the data concerning motion. There are three inputs; one feedback and two end-position. On the other hand, there are two outputs; servomotor and motor brake. The peak output current (Irms) of the device is 4.5A. The supply voltage power of the external device is 50V D.C. The estimated weight of the device is 95g. Distributed clocks facilities is added to this device. 500V electrical isolation is provided using the energy bus, and the current consumption of the energy bus is around 120mA.
