Product Description:

The EBA-TEQ-706-A-10 accessory module is produced by Vickers as part of the Vickers Accessories series. Designed for industrial automation, the board conditions command references and feedback signals so a proportional valve or servo system can respond accurately to operator or PLC instructions. It mounts in a Euro-card rack, offers local switches that simplify commissioning tasks, and supports field replacement without rewiring thanks to keyed signal connectors.

The board accepts a differential reference of ±10 V, and an onboard network attenuates that signal at a ratio of 1:10, allowing coarse operator trims without altering the master controller output. Two independent drive stages are available; the presence of 2 drive channels lets a single card manage twin proportional valves or a pilot–main combination. Operators can select internal or external command sources through the Selectable (INT/EXT) input mode switch, and a front-panel drive-enable toggle isolates power to the outputs during maintenance.  The card is 350.0 mm in length, making it compatible with standard DIN 41612 racks. Signal routing follows the b, d, and z connector rows to segregate power, logic, and analogue paths.

A supply monitoring section presents a 24 V test point so technicians can verify cabinet voltage without removing connectors. The backplane carries 4 current link pairs that route excitation and feedback between the card and its host controller, while the front edge uses connectors with a 2 mm socket diameter to fit standard DIN plugs. The main position feedback channel is scaled for 4–20 mA LVDT signals, and a parallel conditioning path is dedicated to the pilot LVDT. Additional switches for ramp enable, drive enable, and the onboard command potentiometer allow field staff to tailor response times and override commands without software.
