The board converts low-level electrical commands into proportional drive current for the KFDG4V-5 servo-controlled hydraulic valve, letting machine controllers adjust actuator speed and force without mechanical linkages. In automated presses, molding equipment, or test stands, this module supplies stable current and features internal ramp generators so that hydraulic motion follows electronic demand accurately.

Closed-loop velocity feedback can be trimmed across a range of 5–100% of spool displacement, while open-loop command acceptance spans 0–100 % of reference voltage so that the same card can handle position or velocity control schemes. A front-panel potentiometer sets deadband compensation from 0–50% of max current, helping the valve overcome overlap. The monitor test point presents 10 kΩ impedance, allowing oscilloscopes to track drive current without loading the circuit. Internal dissipation is limited by a 40 W rating and the card runs from a regulated 24 VDC supply. The sensor input stage supports up to 20 mA of current and accepts transducer excitation voltages to 24 V max, giving designers freedom to connect pressure or position feedback devices.

Environmental limits match typical machine rooms; the board functions over 0 to 50 °C and can be stored from -25 to +85 °C without damage.
