The EEA-PAM-533-C-32 power-amplifier card is produced by Vickers within the EEA-PAM Power Amplifiers series. Installed in a hydraulic valve electronics rack, it interprets low-level voltage references from a PLC or motion controller and translates them into controlled coil current for proportional solenoids. By acting as the interface between digital logic and fluid-power actuators, the board maintains precise spool displacement so that flow or pressure remains stable throughout an automated cycle.

The module draws up to 50 W from a nominal 24 V DC cabinet bus; operation continues down to 20 V without loss of regulation. Internal regulators form a balanced control rail that allows a differential swing of ±15 V. The card supplies up to 50 mA of control-loop current to external feedback networks, while its power stage can deliver 2.7 A to a connected proportional solenoid, establishing the upper limit of hydraulic force that can be commanded. Input terminals accept industrial crimp lugs and include noise filters that help the installation meet EMC targets for conducted emissions.
