Vickers EEA-PAM-513-B-30 is a small and compact power amplifier of low weight and high reliability, and is part of the EEA-PAM-513-B-32 series. This amplifier can work with an input of 24V DC and has a lightweight structure, with only 0.40 kg weight. It is connected using a DIN 41612 F48 male connector, and the corresponding connector is a F48 female, so that a proper connection is made to transmit signal and power safely and stably.
It has ramp control pins on this amplifier at d6 and d8 (ramp control acceleration, deceleration), which enable the smooth-controlled operation of the actuator. It has a ramp input voltage range of 10V and an input impedance of 10k, which is ideal for most of the industrial power sources. A control voltage of greater than 9.8V and less than or equal to 40V can activate the ramp and make pin b24 disabled, and likewise, a voltage that is more or less than 4.5V will disable the ramp. This feature contributes to fine motion control so that there is no unstable motion either in the hydraulic system or the servo system.
The EEA-PAM-513-B-30 also has a few useful panel indicators, including Ramps, Drive Zero, +24V Drive, Overload, and Output, that enable users to easily view system status and troubleshoot problems. It features a command signal monitor on pins B18 and Z18, as well as a solenoid drive available on pins Z26/Z28 and B26/B28. The connection of the power is made via pins bdz32 (24V) and bdz30 (GND).
