The Vickers EEA-PAM-523-E-30 amplifier card is designed to provide precise control in industrial automation settings. It combines advanced features with a strong structure. This model is from Vicker's KDG4V-3 series, that is known for performing well even in tough situations.
The EEA-PAM-523-E-30 amplifier card can handle up to 350 bar (5000 psi) of pressure and up to 210 bar (3000 psi) of pressure in the tank line. Following ISO–4401–AB–03–4–A, NFPA D03, and CETOP 3 guidelines for mounting make sure that it can be used with existing systems. It works reliably because its hysteresis is less than 8% at a pressure difference of 5 bar (72 psi). With an ED rating of 100%, the amplifier card is made for a constant duty factor. It can choose from coils with resistances of 1.55 Ohms, 7.3 Ohms, 2.0 Ohms, and 22.1 Ohms at 20°C. The inductances of these coils at 1000 Hz are 4 mH, 20 mH, 6 mH, and 55 mH. For each choice, the solenoid current is different: G is 3.5A, H is 1.6A, GP is 3.0A, and HA is 0.94A.
The EEA-PAM-523-E-30 has an IEC 144 Class IP65 rating for security and can handle fluids with a viscosity of 16 to 54 (75 to 250 SUS).
