The Sanyo Denki's BP100RX Power Supply unit is essential for reliable operation. This power supply unit is part of the SANUPS Power Supplies series. It has an IP20 rating which assures it can be used indoors. The BP100RX can function with voltages ranging from 85 to 264 VAC. It provides a consistent 24 VDC power at currents ranging from 4 to 6 A.
The BP100RX power supply produces power rating of approx. 100W and is extremely efficient about 85 to 90%. It keeps ripple and noise levels low to provide stable performance in precision applications. The reinforced insulation meets safety standards for the workplace. This supply unit has many safety features to keep linked devices safe such as overcurrent, overvoltage, short-circuit, and thermal shutdown protection. The BP100RX power supply can work in temperatures from -10C to 50C. This power supply unit can handle humidity levels between 5% and 95% when it is not condensing. For DIN rail or panel installation, it was designed to be simple. The TB1 and TB2 connector blocks simplify secure wire connection. Both 50 Hz and 60 Hz apps can use the input frequency. This power generator is strong and easy to handle because it weighs 2.5 kg. The BP100RX has four lights (R, S, T, and E) that show three-phase input power and Earth grounding. A PON indicator shows if the power is on and a PAL warning sound indicates if something is wrong or normal. Built-in circuit breaker (NFB1) with ON/OFF toggle protects against overload and faults.
