The model RS1L03AL is a Single-axis Servo Amplifier designed for precision motor control. It operates at 200 V AC input and delivers a current capacity of 30 A. This unit is compatible with rotary motors and features an internal registration resistor. This amplifier offers flexible control options that allows users to configure torque, position or velocity control modes.
This Sanyo Denki RS1L03AL servo amplifier integrates an all in one control system that enables seamless parameter configuration for different motion requirements. Users can switch between torque, position or velocity control modes based on application needs. This amplifier is equipped with a built in registration resistor for improved stability and efficiency during operation. If the regenerative resistance capability is inadequate to effectively dissipate excess energy, an external regenerative resistance unit can be integrated to enhance energy dissipation. This external unit helps prevent overheating. Its power supply harmonic suppression system ensures minimal electrical interference. This unit includes DC reactor connection terminals as a standard feature which further suppresses power supply harmonics and ensures smooth electrical performance. This model is specifically designed for rotary motors to provide precise and responsive control.
This RS1L03AL servo amplifier features a multiaxial monitor function that enables real time monitoring of multiple axes for enhanced system diagnostics and performance optimization. The accompanying setup software supports monitoring of up to 15 amplifiers simultaneously. The setup software is fully compatible with this amplifier. It offers an intuitive interface to configure and adjust parameters efficiently. Users can visualize graphical waveforms for monitored position, velocity and torque. For seamless PC connectivity, an optional communication cable (AL-00490833-01) is required to ensure a stable and reliable data exchange between this amplifier and the setup software.
