The Sanyo Denki RS1A03AC servo drive provides high performance with an advanced amplifier and battery-less absolute encoder. The motor can only operate within a specified temperature and humidity range. The specified environmental humidity range of this motor is 90 %, while its maximum operating temperature is 55 degrees C. It cannot work in freezing environmental temperatures in the presence of moisture or condensation. The motor has an amplifier that works with a 30 A input. It improves the magnitude of the input voltage, which is in the range of 200 V to 230 V.
Motor amplifiers function as servo drives or motor drivers to control motors through power signal management based on controller commands. This device transforms controller signals with minimal power loss into the strong electrical outputs necessary to operate the motor with maximum effectiveness. The amplifier enables smooth operation through its ability to adjust speed, torque and position while maintaining accuracy and stability. The RSI motor goes back to its specific reference position through homing to achieve exact positioning accuracy. The profile velocity function enables motors to achieve smooth speed control through controlled acceleration and deceleration. The controlled motion profile allows motors to reach targeted positions through profile position control while reducing mechanical stress.
