Product Description:
Sanyo Denki’s RS2A03A2HA5 is part of the prestigious Sanmotion R series, featuring a powerful set of connection ports and interfaces. It supports mainly EtherCAT interface and features built-in functions for regenerative braking. Specifically designed for rotary servomotors, this amplifier has a capacity of 30 amperes and operates at an input voltage of 200 V. Whenever the motor encoder is connected, the servo amplifier can perform feedback and control functions with the help of the setup software. The RS2A03A2HA5 has a speed control range of 1:5000, allowing it to dynamically monitor and adjust the speed of the servomotor seamlessly.
The RS2A03A2HA5 features superior protection functions to protect the servomotor during operation. Some of the protection functions supported by the RS2A03A2HA5 are overcurrent, current detection error, overload, low supply voltage, encoder error, excessive position, overheating, and overspeeding. Like all other Sanmotion R servo amplifiers, the RS2A03A2HA5 has a built-in dynamic brake circuit and regeneration process circuit. The RS2A03A2HA5 can operate in either speed or torque control modes. Furthermore, this device incorporates a 5-digit LED display, which is useful for accessing and monitoring motor parameters during operation. At rated conditions, the RS2A03A2HA5 can safely operate at an ambient temperature of 0 to 55 degrees Celsius.
The RS2A03A2HA5 has an adjustable knob that can be used to select a device address. In total, the knob supports up to 16 addresses, which can be configured further using the amplifier’s setup software. To connect the industrial PC, proper connection must be made to the RS2A03A2HA5’s CN4 port. The external PC can be used to run the amplifier’s setup program and process data during operation. Wake Industrial offers this Sanmotion R amplifier alongside a one-year warranty.
