The amplifier provides regulated current and processes real-time feedback so pick-and-place arms, indexing tables, and tensioning stations can execute repeatable movements with millisecond accuracy. Closed-loop operation allows the connected controller to adjust motor torque and speed as operating conditions change.
The amplifier has a continuous output current capacity of 15 A, allowing it to power the motor windings without thermal derating under rated operating conditions. The control electronics use a single-phase 200 VAC supply, separating the low-power logic from the high-energy sections and allowing the circuits to be protected independently. The main bus accepts a three-phase AC supply that is compatible with industrial power distribution systems.
