Product Description:
The RS1L03AE0H2 is an AC servo amplifier produced by Sanyo Denki for the R SANMOTION Servo Drives series. It conditions 200 V-class mains power and executes velocity and position loops for compatible SANMOTION servomotors. By converting single-phase or three-phase input power into modulated output, the drive supports high-bandwidth motion in pick-and-place systems, conveyors, and semiconductor tools.
The power section has an amplifier capacity of 30 A, allowing the drive to deliver current that matches mid-frame servomotors without exceeding its rated capacity. Its control electronics operate from a single-phase AC 200–230 V supply, and the main circuit accepts the same voltage range when a three-phase source is unavailable. A frequency response of 600 Hz supports tight velocity loops, while a speed control range of 1:5000 maintains linear regulation from slow creep to base speed. The unit can operate at ambient cabinet temperatures up to 55 °C before derating, and it accepts input line frequencies of 50 or 60 Hz with a variance of ±3 Hz. During initial energization, the control circuit draws a peak current of 40 A. The power stage has an inrush current of 18 A, which is limited by internal soft-start components.
The drive can be installed at elevations up to 1000 m above sea level and in relative humidity up to 90% RH. Condensation must be prevented to protect the internal electronics. Leakage current is limited to 0.5 mA, reducing touch-current hazards in grounded cabinets. A diagnostic header provides Tmon and Vmon test points, each centered at 2.0 V ±10%, for checking thermal and bus-voltage states. The electronics can be stored at temperatures up to 65 °C, which is higher than the permitted operating temperature. The housing weighs 1.0 kg, and its compact form keeps the panel load low when multiple axes share an enclosure.
