Crafted by Sanyo Denki, the RS1J05AL servo amplifier supports integration with a wide range of automation systems. This amplifier is small-sized making it suitable for installation in places where space is limited. The product incorporates advanced control algorithms for responsive and precise motor control. This device is possible on the front or rear panel of its closed enclosure. The unit wiring must be done as per the wiring diagram in its manual. It may malfunction due to the decrease in capacitance of its capacitors after long-term storage. Its operating temperature range has been set as between 0 °C and 55 °C.

This amplifier is put into operation with the manufacturer’s rotary motors. The product usage should be in accordance with the steps that are listed in its manual. This device can be cleaned by the user only on its outside and it must not be opened for cleaning the inside. The unit installation and assembly should be done by trained people. Its operation is possible only in a vibration-free place. This amplifier is ready for maintenance only after five minutes of switching off the power supply. The product comprises a protective ground terminal that must always be connected to the control cabinet comprising its installation. This device may cause injury or get damaged if used outside its specifications. The unit must incorporate sufficient ventilation above and below it inside the control cabinet. Its encoder has a generic NPN (sink) output.

This servo amplifier is equipped with three phases. The product operation is not allowed if it is damaged. This device is never to be exposed to corrosive gas. The unit encounters insulation deterioration with oil mist or dust accumulation. Its ambient surrounding temperature must not exceed 55 °C.
