The RS1A15AA Single Axis Servo Amplifier is a device designed for precise motion control applications. This model supports rotary motors and ensures reliable operation in various industrial settings.
The Sanyo Denki RS1A15AA servo amplifier features a current capacity of 150 A and operates with an AC power supply of 200 V to 230 V, accommodating a range of + 10% to – 15 % voltage variation. It supports a frequency of 50/60 Hz ± 3 Hz that ensures compatibility with standard power systems. This device includes a built in positioning function that allows control of a single shaft with configurable register points up to 254. It supports command units in both mm and pulse with a fast-forward speed of 2,147,483.647 mm/sec. This amplifier offers automatic acceleration and deceleration with options for straight and S-curve profiles. Point data can be set up via numerical input or teaching and travel point numbers are configured using parallel 8 bit binary code. Torque limits are adjustable from 0 to 510 % of the rated capacity. This ensures safe operation within the instantaneous maximum stall current. This R SANMOTION servo amplifier also includes software limits and supports multiple travel modes including zero return, manual (JOG, 1Step) and point-specified travel. It provides up to 8 zone signals for enhanced control.
The RS1A15AA servo amplifier features a CANopen interface compliant with ISO-11898 standards that supports high speed CAN communication. It offers selectable bit rates from 10kbps to 1 Mbps with a default setting of 500 kbps. This device supports up to 127 nodes per segment and uses RJ-45 connectors for bus connections. It includes various communication objects such as SDO, PDO, EMCY, NMT, SYNC and Heartbeat.
