The RS1A03LT01 is part of the R-Series servo amplifier models that are designed for servo systems by Sanyo Denki. This servo amplifier has several built-in features to aid operations and offer precision. It has an autotune feature called Servo Gain. With this feature, the servo amplifier estimates the load inertia moment ratio of the machine and equipment in real time and automatically tunes the servo gain to become the best one. The parameters for the servo amplifier to automatically tune vary depending on the selected autotuning characteristics.
The RS1A03LT01 has a built-in cooling fan, and it should be installed with a space of 50 millimeters on the upper and lower side of the amplifier for airflow. Installation in a narrow space may cause damage due to a reduction in the static pressure of the cooling fan and/or degradation of electronic parts. When the alarm codes show issues regarding abnormal noises, then there is a need for replacement. Oil or dust is another reason to replace the cooling fan. When the servo amplifier is maintained at an operating temperature of 40 degrees Celsius, it offers a life expectancy of 5 years.
