Product Description:
Sanyo Denki’s Sanmotion R series is known for housing reliable amplifiers and servo motors with impressive functions and control abilities. Under the Sanmotion R series, Sanyo Denki offers both single and multi-axis controllers. The RS1A03AF is an example of a single-axis Sanmotion R amplifier with a built-in positioning function model. Specifically, the RS1A03AF has an ampere capacity of 30 A and operates at an AC input voltage of 200 V. As a servo amplifier, this device specializes in controlling rotary motors. Aside from its built-in positioning function model, the RS1A03AF boasts a powerful set of serial interfaces for establishing connection.
As a single-axis servo amplifier, the RS1A03AF may be used to monitor the operating parameters of the motor. The RS1A03AF comes with a 5-digit LED display, allowing the user to monitor and change motor parameters quickly. The module comes with a built-in operator that can be used directly to adjust motor parameters. However, the Sanmotion R amplifiers can also be configured and monitored using proprietary software developed by Sanyo Denki. With this software, up to 15 single-axis servo amplifiers can be interconnected. As mentioned earlier, the RS1A03AF uses an AC input voltage supply. For applications requiring absolute measurements and control, a lithium-ion battery may instead be used to ensure proper operation of all encoding units.
The RS1A03AF incorporates a robust noise filter that can block external noise from the supply line. Although the RS1A03AF does not come with an internal registration setting, it can support an external regenerative resistor for loads with large inertia. When this device is used with a servomotor that incorporates a brake, the brake power must also be active and functional.
Frequently Asked Questions about RS1A03AF:
