Product Description:

The PY9A300U0XXXC07 Servo Amplifier provides efficient motor control with real time monitoring. This servo amplifier features velocity and current monitoring, absolute position output and stable performance across temperature variations ideal for precise automation tasks.

This Sanyo Denki PY9A300U0XXXC07 Servo Amplifier offers key outputs including a velocity monitor (VMO) and current monitor (IMO). The VMO provides a 2.0 V ± 10 % output at 1000 min⁻¹ and the IMO delivers 2.0 V ± 20 % at rated armature current. These outputs enable accurate feedback for motor velocity and current monitoring. For position feedback, this device includes an absolute position serial output. It supports data transmission at 9600 bps with start stop synchronization or 1 Mbps/2 Mbps using the Manchester method which applies when an absolute encoder is connected. Frequency characteristics of this model are rated at 400 Hz when the load inertia (JL) equals the motor inertia (JM). This amplifier accommodates temperature variations from 0 °C to 55 °C with a ± 0.5 % deviation in maximum revolution speed. This PY Super BL series servo amplifier also includes a display for internal status and alarms that allows real time system diagnostics and fault monitoring. The built in regenerative processing of this servo amplifier helps manage excess energy generated during deceleration.

Environmental specifications of this PY9A300U0XXXC07 servo amplifier include an operating and storage humidity of up to 90 % RH without condensation and it supports operation at altitudes up to 1,000 meters above sea level. This servo amplifier unit is vibration tested at 0.5 G in X, Y and Z axes for two hours between 10 Hz and 55 Hz and can withstand shocks of up to 2 G.
