Product Description:

Sayno Denki's PY0A150Z153 is a efficient Servo amplifier made for precise motor control in industrial automation. This 200V AC type is part of the PY Series and is equipped with a dynamic brake and a cooling fan. The amplifier can handle single-phase input and outputs a strong 150A current, so it can be used in tough situations.

The PY0A150Z153 Servo amplifier requires wires with a minimum diameter of 8.0 mm² for the main power (R, S, T) and motor lines (U, V, W). Wiring of 1.25 mm² is required for the control inputs (r, t), and 2.0 mm² is required for the ground connector (E). Also, 8.0 mm²wiring is required for the external regenerative resistor connections (COM, Y). The CN1 and CN2 signal connections employ 0.2 mm² shielded twisted pairs to minimize interference. Its measurements are 145 mm in width and 142 mm in height, and it can be attached either to the front or the back. Upon startup, the control circuit delivers a 40A surge current in 1ms, whereas the main circuit reaches a peak current of 30A in 600ms.

To ensure that the motor slows down quickly, the PY0A150Z153 servo amplifier incorporates a 24ms dynamic brake delay. With 50 mm on top and bottom and 90 mm up front, the cooling system works as it should. With a regeneration resistor of 6.7 ohms, the servo amplifier is capable of handling 120W of power. Half a millimeter squared is needed for the external thermostat inputs (H1, H2) and the AMP-ready outputs (RDY1, RDY2). Meeting these standards improves the dependability of high-performance computers. To make sure the amplifier lasts a long time, its design puts an emphasis on efficiency and heat control.
