Product Description:

The PY0A015A1FD1P01, from Sanyo Denki, is a servo amplifier. It is a component of the PY Super BL Servo Amplifiers series. This servo motor comes with inbuilt risk alert notifications. Each of these notifications come with “rank of caution of safety”, “symbolic indication”, and “meaning of each symbolic indication.” Depending on the severity of the warning code, this Servomotor can either show “Danger”, or “Caution” alert signs. When this servo motor displays the alert notification “Danger”, it indicates that incorrect operation might lead to serious injury or even death.

On the other hand, when this servo motor displays the “Caution” alert code, it indicates that incorrect operation might lead to such a situation where medium to light injury may occur, or might lead to situations where the motor is damaged. Moreover, to ensure seamless operation, this motor also displays “Prohibition”, and “Compulsion” alert codes. Because there is no fuse integrated into the main power supply input terminals (R, S, and T) of the amplifier, it is imperative that you install a circuit breaker or a fast-blown fuse that is certified by the Underwriters Laboratories (UL) into the wiring of the amplifier's power supply input in order to safeguard the amplifier and its peripherals.

In the event that you contact the motor rotator while it is operating, you run the risk of being hurt. You should never approach or touch terminals while the power is being delivered; otherwise, you run the risk of being hit by electricity. Make sure that you read the User's handbook and that you follow the directions that are given in the handbook before beginning the installation, operation, maintenance, or inspection process.
