Product Description:
The PV1A030EMA1P00 is a servo amplifier that is made by Sanyo Denki for motion control applications. The amplifier can manage 30 AMPs of power and operates on 200 VAC. The servo amplifier has an RP-001 plug-in connection port, an LED state indicator, and several signal interfaces that meet the needs of industrial automation.
For control data, the PV1A030EMA1P00 servo amplifier uses twisted pair shielded cables and can work with AWG 16 wiring. The stopping brake for the motor works at 24V DC and is controlled by CN1 Pin 10. CN2 accepts encoder signals from resolvers or incremental encoders through A, B, and Z phase lines that are excited by 5V. CN4 is used to connect motor power lines. It has shield, ground, and U, V, and W contacts. CN5 links to the internal regenerative resistor, which can be switched out for an external unit if needed. CAN transmission is done through CN6, which has CAN_H, CAN_L, and CAN_GND, as well as a transceiver circuit built in. Some protective inputs are overheat detection, CW and CCW limit detection, and slowing input. Shielded wires must be clamped down firmly. The high-rigidity build and plug-in port on the RP-001 make the connection stable. The input from the encoder goes to CN2, and the power to the motor goes to CN4.
The PV1A030EMA1P00 servo amplifier has a warning output at CN1 that is wired by the user and clearly marked. CN1 handles control input data, and IN1 through IN7 can handle logic that runs on 12V to 24V DC. CN1 also has STOP and OVH inputs, as well as HBON for controlling the brakes. The servo amplifier has a high-rigidity design that keeps it stable mechanically. The amplifier is set up in a closed loop with both control and feedback lines built in.
