Product Description:
The PRS-1602D Servo Drive Board is a precision engineered module for servo motor control. It operates from a 24 V DC power supply and supports analog and digital signal processing. The board integrates custom ICs, stable internal voltage rails and discrete components for reliable motor drive functionality in compact applications.
The PRS-1602D servo drive board’s control logic and signal processing rely on several proprietary integrated circuits. It includes the SH2026D custom ASIC along with SH3035, SH3045 and SH303R series ICs for core motion control tasks. These ICs handle pulse generation, motor feedback analysis and current regulation. For analog signal conditioning, the PMI OP07 precision operational amplifier is used that offers low offset and high accuracy. Logic level control and signal buffering are achieved using standard NEC logic ICs including the D4049UBC and D4025C. The board uses a mix of electrolytic, ceramic and film capacitors. Power regulation is managed by 35 V rated 470 µF electrolytic capacitors. Smaller 10 nF to 100 nF ceramic and film capacitors provide effective bypassing and filtering. It features through hole carbon film resistors with tight 1 % and standard 5 % tolerances that supports stable circuit behavior. The inclusion of a Matsushita DS1E-M relay rated at 24V DC with SPST configuration and 1 A switching capacity supports low power signal switching. This allows the board to manage control signals for digital or analog systems without external relay drivers. All passive components are carefully selected to meet performance and durability requirements in industrial environments.
Power architecture of the PRS-1602D servo drive board is centered on a 24 V DC input supply. The internal voltage regulation provides ± 15 V rails for analog and op amp circuits and a dedicated + 5 V rail for digital logic.
