Product Description:

The PDT-J01-102 Servo Amplifier is a high-performance motor control device designed and manufactured by Sanyo Denki. This amplifier operates efficiently with input voltage between 100 to 230V AC. This servo amplifier supports both single-phase and three-phase power inputs. This gives flexible configuration options for different system integration demands.

This amplifier has several power input terminals including AC1, AC2, AC3, and AC4, which connect to the external power supply. There are also motor output terminals labeled MA and MB for easy connection to the servo motor. This amplifier also has an earth-ground terminal (E) for grounding purposes to protect the system from electrical noise and other disturbances. For communication with external devices, the PDT-J01-102 servo amplifier has two multi-pin connectors CN1 and CN2 for transmitting control signals and feedback. This amplifier comprises various status indicators as well as control inputs that allow real-time monitoring of performance. Users can do configurations according to specific needs with potentiometers available for fine-tuning the amplifier's settings. So, no matter what the application requirements are, the motor always operates at optimal efficiency. Internally, this servo amplifier has a high-efficiency transformer (PS-1497) which converts the AC power to the required levels.

The PDT-J01-102 Servo Amplifier also uses high-temperature electrolytic capacitors rated at 110°C to make stable and smooth power delivery. A 5W, 15KΩ wire-wound power resistor manages energy dissipation and protects this amplifier from potential damage which is usually caused by power surges. For signal processing, this servo amplifier uses the TOSHIBA TC4025BP logic gate IC along with the SH2035 and SH4204B opto-isolators to ensure signal isolation and noise reduction. The internal fuses protect this amplifier against overcurrent conditions and passive cooling through integrated heatsinks maintains thermal stability during long-time use.
