Product Description:

The P60B18200HCVT2 Servo Motor is made to function steadily under the tough demands of industry. It is ideal for automation because it provides accurate and steady performance.

The Sanyo Denki P60B18200HCVT2 servo motor can produce a high dielectric output of 1500 VAC for up to one minute. This motor also offers excellent insulation resistance characteristics - it achieves a minimum of 10 MΩ when tested at 500 VDC, which contributes to reduce leakage currents and enhanced long term reliability. It also boasts an enclosed self cooling protective system. An IP67 protection rating ensures complete dust protection and resistance to water immersion up to one meter. The motor includes a provided sealing system for enhanced protection. The P6 Super BL series servo motor is coated in Munsell N1.5 equivalent color. The excitation system uses a permanent magnet and the motor installs using a flange type configuration. Rotation of this servo motor is counterclockwise when viewed from the load side. Vibration resistance meets 2.5 G in three directions: up/down, left/right and back/forth. Shock resistance withstands 10 G impact acceleration up to two times in the up/down direction. The motor shaft should not receive direct shock to prevent damage to the precision detector.

The P60B18200HCVT2 servo motor is designed to operate reliably within an ambient temperature range of 0 °C to + 40 °C that ensures optimal performance under standard industrial and commercial conditions. For storage and non operational periods, the motor can withstand temperatures ranging from – 20 °C to + 65 °C without degradation of its internal components. It is important to note that prolonged exposure to temperatures near the upper operational limit may require additional thermal management solutions.
