By integrating an incremental encoder and a rare-earth magnet rotor, the unit enables closed-loop speed and position control on axes that require fast response within the limited space of industrial automation cells.
Continuous mechanical output reaches 200 W, with a rated shaft torque of 0.637 N·m at a nominal rotor speed of 3,000 rpm. For rapid indexing, the drive can increase the speed to 4,500 rpm, helping reduce cycle times in pick-and-place or probe applications. Short load spikes are supported by an instantaneous peak torque of 1.96 N·m, so transient disturbances are less likely to stall the axis. These powertrain ratings allow the motor to operate light conveyors, lead-screw tables, or gear-reduced joints.
