Sanyo Denki’s P50B08100HXS9G belongs to the P5 Super BL Servo Motors series. This brushless AC servo motor converts electrical power into tightly regulated rotational motion, allowing positioning stages, packaging lines, and small transfer units to maintain repeatable trajectories under changing loads. Integrated feedback from its factory-mounted encoder lets the drive close the control loop at high bandwidth, so the motor acts as an actuator rather than a simple power source.
The motor delivers a rated output of 1000 W, and its winding is matched to a 200 VAC supply, permitting direct connection to common servo amplifiers. Under command, it can accelerate to 3000 rpm, while a wiring-saving incremental encoder with a resolution of 2,000 P/R reports position for precise servo regulation. The enclosure meets IP55, and the frame uses a fully enclosed, self-cooling design that eliminates the need for an external fan.
