The P50B07030DXS50 is a brushless AC servo motor manufactured by Sanyo Denki within the P5 Super BL Servo Motors series. Designed for closed-loop industrial drives, it uses a reduced-wiring incremental encoder that delivers 2,000 pulses per revolution for position feedback while minimizing the number of required connections. The motor’s 76 mm square flange allows direct mounting to compact gearheads or machine frames, making the unit suitable for packaging equipment, pick-and-place axes, and light material-handling applications. It interfaces directly with compatible Sanyo Denki P5 amplifiers for integration into gantry stages, electronic assembly lines, and compact laboratory instruments.
The motor delivers a continuous output of 300 W at a rated shaft speed of 3000 rpm, producing a continuous torque of 0.931 N·m. Under stall conditions, the winding can sustain 2.2 Arms while producing 0.98 N·m of torque. F-class insulation supports thermal durability, while the winding has a phase resistance of 2.9 Ω. The electrical time constant is 3.8 ms, allowing armature current to build rapidly when the drive commands a torque correction. Electronic commutation eliminates the mechanical brushes used in conventional motors and reduces maintenance requirements.
