A wiring-saving incremental encoder relays rotor position data over the power leads, eliminating the need for a separate feedback cable and simplifying cabinet wiring. Intended for compact pick-and-place axes, indexing tables, and labeling heads, the motor converts regulated drive current into precise rotation while maintaining small overall frame dimensions for space-constrained automation.
At its continuous operating point, the unit delivers a rated output of 100 W, converting electrical energy into mechanical work for light-duty motion. A rated torque of 0.319 N·m is maintained at the rated speed of 3000 rpm, allowing steady velocity control without thermal derating. The enclosure meets an ingress protection rating of IP55, protecting the windings from dust and water jets. A standardized 54 mm square flange aligns with small gearboxes or mounting brackets. At the rated operating point, the armature draws 1.1 A RMS, while a power rate of 10.6 kW/s supports rapid energy delivery.
