Sanyo Denki’s P50B05010DXS6D belongs to the P5 Super BL Servo Motors series. This brushless AC servo motor is supplied with an integral gear stage, allowing it to generate controlled torque and speed for indexing tables, pick-and-place heads, and other motion axes in automated production lines. The compact assembly combines the motor and gear stage in a single frame, reducing the number of separate components required in machines with limited installation space. Its integrated feedback connection also supports direct communication with compatible servo amplifiers.
With a flange size of 54 mm, the motor mounts directly to small equipment frames. Its electrical time constant of 2.5 ms indicates how quickly the phase current settles after a command, supporting responsive torque control. Phase resistance is measured at 4.9 Ω, a value that helps determine drive voltage requirements and anticipated conductor heating.
