The P50B04010DXS23 is a brushless servo motor manufactured by Sanyo Denki for the P5 Super BL Servo Motors series. As a compact rotary actuator, it converts drive commands into precise shaft motion, making it suitable for positioning tables, pick-and-place arms, and other industrial automation axes that demand repeatable velocity and torque control. Feedback signals originate from a wiring-saving incremental encoder that minimizes the required cable count and supports accurate closed-loop motion.
Under rated conditions, the motor supplies 100 W of mechanical power while turning at a nominal 3,000 rpm. At that operating point, the shaft produces 0.319 N·m of continuous torque and draws a phase current of 1.0 Arms. These values allow a motion controller to select a suitable inverter and maintain continuous operation without overheating. The housing has an IP40 protection rating, so the unit must be mounted in a clean, dry enclosure when airborne oil or coolant is present. A torque constant of 0.333 N·m/Arms allows output torque to be calculated from the commanded current, and the rated power rate of 13.8 kW/s indicates how quickly the rotor can accelerate small loads.
