The P50B04007DCL61 is a compact motor unit produced by Sanyo Denki within the P5 Super BL Servo Motors series. It delivers precisely controlled rotary motion for pick-and-place heads, small indexing tables, and other axes that need accurate speed and position feedback in industrial automation. Its brushless architecture allows the unit to fit into OEM equipment where limited space and low inertia are priorities. When paired with a suitable amplifier, it converts drive commands into rapid shaft movement for high-cycle packaging, semiconductor handling, and laboratory automation stages.
At its continuous operating point, the rotor turns at 3,000 rpm, while momentary surges up to 4,500 rpm support rapid load acceleration. A fail-safe mechanism is available because the integrated brake engages when supplied with 24 VDC, preventing drift on vertical axes. The motor carries an IP40 rating, so its frame blocks tool-sized debris but requires installation inside an enclosure protected from splashing liquids. Mechanical integration follows the JIS 42 mm square pattern, and the flange measures 42 mm on each side, allowing direct attachment to micro gearheads or linear actuators.
