In industrial automation, this motor provides precise rotary motion for small actuators, indexing tables, and semiconductor handling devices where limited space and low inertia are important.
During continuous operation, the motor delivers a rated mechanical output of 60 W at a shaft speed of 3,000 rpm. At that operating point, it produces a continuous torque of 0.191 N·m and draws 0.7 Arms from the drive, making it compatible with low-power amplifiers used in multi-axis stages. A torque constant of 0.304 N·m/Arms links commanded phase current to developed torque, allowing predictable control-loop tuning. The stator winding resistance is 10.4 Ω, which influences copper loss and servo gain settings. Response to current commands is supported by an electrical time constant of 1.4 ms, while a mechanical time constant of 1.6 ms characterizes rotor acceleration.
