The P20B10150DCPU3 is a brushless AC servo motor manufactured by Sanyo Denki for the P2 Super BL Servo Motors series. Designed for industrial automation, it converts drive current into regulated mechanical power so that positioning tables, pick-and-place heads, and other machine axes can move with high accuracy. The brushless construction eliminates commutator wear, and the motor includes a holding brake that secures the load when power is off. The brake coil accepts the standard 24 V control supply commonly found in industrial control panels.
At its continuous operating point, the motor delivers a rated output of 1500 W while running at a rated speed of 3000 rpm. This operating point produces a rated shaft torque of 4.79 N·m when the drive supplies a steady armature current of 8.4 A RMS. The torque constant is 0.65 N·m/A RMS, allowing predictable current-to-torque control. The stator phase resistance is 0.42 Ω, and the back EMF rises by 22.6 mV for each rpm of shaft speed.
