The high-performance E681000C1M electrolytic capacitor is developed by Sanyo Denki for use in high-accuracy absolute encoder systems.
Designed for stability, ruggedness, and efficiency, this capacitor is perfectly suited to smoothing, filtering, and storage of energy in difficult control systems. The E681000C1M has a capacitance rating of 10,000 µF and a rated voltage of 63V DC and can handle large energy loads and is therefore suitable to be used in servo drive electronics, encoder feedback systems, and power supply filtering circuits. It has a surge voltage rating of 72V DC and a leakage current ≤ 6.3 mA after 2 minutes at the rated voltage, which provides safe and effective operation under a dynamic electrical environment. This capacitor has excellent performance even in temperatures between -40°C and +85°C, i.e., it can operate in both low and high temperatures of industrial settings. It is highly tolerant, i.e., ±20%, which allows variations in application without affecting performance. The case size is 35mm in diameter and 50mm in height, with a lead spacing of 10mm, which makes it small and easy to incorporate into the designs of existing circuit boards.
Its radial mounting style offers a firm and stable installation for PCBs. The encoder is rated for ripple current of 5.00A @ 100Hz with an ESR value of 0.025Ω, giving it low heat generation and optimal efficiency of the whole circuit.
