Product Description
GADSE01AH24 is a servo amplifier with EtherCAT interface. It is produced by Sanyo Denki for industrial motor control. EtherCAT is a high-performance, real-time Ethernet protocol designed for automation and control systems. It can process and send data extremely quickly, making it ideal for control systems requiring high precision and low latency. EtherCAT supports multiple network topologies, including line, tree, and star configurations, which allows for easy integration of devices like sensors, actuators, and controllers. Motors compatible with the GADSE01AH24 amplifier include linear and rotary servo motors. It is designed for 100 Volts AC input (single-phase). Supported features include safe torque off (STO) with delay circuit, integrated regenerative resistor and sinking/sourcing type general purpose output. Output current capacity of the GADSE01AH24 amplifier is 10 Amps. Its weight is 0.8 kilograms and its dimensions are 160 x 40 x 130 millimeters.
Maximum motor output of the amplifier is 200 Watts. Its continuous output current is 1.2 Amps and the peak output current is 4.2 Amps. Control functions include torque control, speed control, and position control. These functions can be switched with parameters. The amplifier is designed for IGBT based PWM control. Power supply capacity of the main power supply on the device is 0.4 kVA. Input current for the control circuit power supply is 0.5 Amps. Resistance and power consumption of the internal regenerative resistor are 25 Ohms and 5 Watts respectively. For rated output Sanyo recommends operating the amplifier in ambient temperatures between 0 and 60 degrees Celsius. For storage, the optimal temperature is from -20 to 65 degrees Celsius. For operation and storage, the maximum allowed relative humidity is 95%. Altitude of the installation site should not exceed 2000 meters.
