Product Description
GADSA10AB22 is an analog/pulse type servo amplifier designed for motor control in industrial applications. The amplifier is designed and produced by Sanyo Denki. It is designed for source type general-purpose output specifications. A digital operator on the unit provides adjustment mode, alarm logging, status display and other features. Protection functions available on the device include CPU errors, main power supply undervoltage, overheating error, speed feedback error, output overcurrent, continuous overspeed, and more. A dynamic brake circuit is built-in and a regenerative circuit is also built-in. The analog monitor provides velocity monitoring on channel 1 and torque command monitoring on channel 2. The velocity control range is 1:5000 and the frequency characteristics are 3500 Hertz with 10 x motor rotor inertia. Output capacity of the GADSA10AB22 amplifier is 100 Amps. The peak motor output power is 5 kilowatts. The continuous current output rating is 24 Amps and the peak output current rating is 55 Amps. Operators can configure the unit for speed control, torque control and position control. Control system on the device is sinusoidal PWM (IGBT based). The amplifier only accepts three-phase AC input at 200 to 240 Volts. The input current for the main power supply is 24.7 Amps. The main power supply can deliver 9.4 kVA output. The built-in regenerative resistor has a resistance of 6 Ohms and maximum power consumption of 120 Watts. Shock resistance of the amplifier is 20 m/s2 and the vibration resistance is 6 m/s2. For operation the ideal temperature range is from 0 to 60 degrees Celsius. For storage, the ideal temperature range is from -20 to 65 degrees Celsius. Sanyo allows maximum 2000 meters altitude for amplifier use.
