Product Description:
The FS1W075P00 servo amplifier is produced by Sanyo Denki as part of the F SANMOTION Servo Amplifiers series. It converts low-level command pulses into controlled motor currents, allowing automated equipment to index, accelerate, and hold load positions with precise electronic regulation. By combining signal isolation, power switching, and onboard diagnostics, the module provides an interface between PLC logic circuits and the electromagnetic coils of a servo or stepper motor in industrial automation cells.
Control lines enter through a photocoupler interface with 220 Ω of resistance, which limits the current drawn from controller outputs. The open-collector stage can supply up to 5 mA at no more than 30 V, allowing direct connection to fault indicators or limit sensors. For motor excitation, the internal supply can provide a momentary peak current of 4 A. Position resolution is enhanced by 250 microstep divisions per full step, reducing velocity ripple during low-speed operation. Electrical insulation has a withstand rating of 1500 VAC. The unit also meets Class I protection, Installation Category II, and Pollution Level 2 requirements. A two-digit alphanumeric LED display communicates operating and fault codes, allowing equipment status to be viewed directly from the amplifier.
The amplifier weighs 0.8 kg, easing installation on moving carriages where additional mass can affect dynamic performance. It can operate at elevations up to 1000 m above sea level and withstand vibrations of 5 m/s², so standard plant elevations and normal machine oscillations do not require derating. Minimum insulation resistance remains above 10 MΩ, limiting leakage current when humidity is present and helping protective devices operate reliably. The low mass makes the unit suitable for compact equipment bases, while its vibration tolerance supports placement near actuators without supplemental damping under normal operating conditions.
