Product Description:
TS1PA1000 is a power unit for Sanyo Denki Sanmotion T servo amplifiers. Its output capacity is 10 Amps. The input voltage is 100 Volts AC or 35 Volts AC. The unit supplies DC power to the servo amplifier, which supplies power to the servo motor. Installation of the power unit and servo amplifier near flammable materials must be avoided as it can lead to fire. These devices must be used within the ambient conditions specified by the manufacturer. Failure to follow this recommendation can have adverse effects on equipment performance, and in extreme cases, can lead to malfunction or even failure. Operators must contact the manufacturer if the power unit is kept in storage for more than 3 years. This is necessary because the capacity of the electrolytic condenser decreases with the passage of time.
The power unit must be protected from strong shocks. Heavy items must not be placed on it and neither should anyone make the mistake of standing on it. Operators must make sure that screws or similar flammable materials can’t get inside the unit as these can cause damage. If equipment is installed inside a cabinet, suitable measures must be taken to ensure that the ambient temperature remains below 55 degrees Celsius. Sanyo recommends keeping the temperature below 40 degrees Celsius for equipment longevity. If a source of vibrations is present nearby, Sanyo recommends installing equipment on a base with a suitable shock absorber. Connecting parts and connectors can fail with time due to rust and corrosion. Therefore, equipment must not be used in areas where it is exposed to corrosive gases. Only trained personnel with necessary qualifications should handle the power unit.
