The TS1AA2AA servo amplifier is produced by Sanyo Denki for the BL Super Servo Amplifiers series. Designed as the power interface between a motion controller and a brushless servo motor, it converts low-level command signals into regulated phase current and voltage. By coordinating current vectors with rotor position, the module delivers the accurate speed and torque required by factory equipment such as pick-and-place heads and indexing tables. This control helps automated machinery perform repeatable positioning and motion cycles.
The amplifier has a continuous current capacity of 25 A, which indicates the current that the power transistors can deliver to the motor windings. The power stage is supplied by a 140 VDC main bus that may vary by ±10%, providing sufficient voltage for motor operation and rapid deceleration.
