Sanyo Denki RBD2A-206 from the BL Super Servo Amplifiers series is a servo amplifier. It provides complex motion control in industrial automation. The amplifier offers smooth and accurate operations with precise and efficient control. The compact design and built to survive in harsh environment conditions.
The RBD2A-206 servo amplifier uses the 24 V DC and 5 V DC as input voltage levels and supports multiple input voltage levels. The input current required is 2 A or 0.2 A, depending on the setup. The amplifier can operate most optimally under ambient temperature in the range of 0 to 55°C and with storage in -20 to +65°C. In addition, it can operate at altitudes of 1000 meters above sea level. The amplifier can also be used with all humidity conditions below 90% RH except when there is condensation. The RBD2A-206 servo amplifier uses sine wave PWM as a control method and a current control method. This ensures efficient motor operation with minimal power loss. The servo motor can be quickly and controlled stopped when needed as the dynamic brake is built in. The amplifier also comes with a USB communication function so that it can be easily connected to personal computers for programming and monitoring.
The RBD2A-206 servo amplifier has two analog monitor channels for real-time feedback. This gives accurate adjustment and diagnostics. The amplifier operates in position control mode with a maximum permitted input pulse frequency of 4 Mpulses/s for very precise and fast movement control.
