Product Description:
The CAZ0A050AB3301 Servo Amplifier engineered by Sanyo Denki features robust power handling and reliable feedback integration. Featured in the series of BL Super Servo Amplifiers guarantees efficient performance in industrial automation and robotics applications.
The CAZ0A050AB3301 servo amplifier drives more powerful motors because its capacity is 50 Amperes which makes it capable of handling maximum current. This module input supply voltage requirement is 200 VAC for operation. Its rated current is around 5 amperes which is the normal operating current under standard conditions. It is designed to handle a temporary surge of current (e.g., during high acceleration) up to 150% of its rated current without damage. This servo amplifier can operate in position control which commands the motor to reach and maintain a specific position. The module regulates the speed of the motor based on input signals with its velocity control mode. This model receives an analog voltage signal (-10V to +10V) to control motion and uses encoder feedback to precisely track motor movement. It supports both incremental encoders which provide relative position changes and absolute encoders which retain the position even after power loss. This model takes 5-10 ms to react to a control input which is a lower response time which means quicker adjustments and better precision in dynamic applications.
The CAZ0A050AB3301 servo amplifier uses a built in fan for heat dissipation which is necessary to prevent overheating during high-power operations. Its IP20 rating shows its protection against solid objects but not water while its IP54 acknowledges its protection against dust and splashing water. The ambient temperature in which the amplifier can function reliably is -10°C to +50°C. This model can be mounted in a rack or on a panel for integration into control cabinets.
