Product Description:
The 60BA03FXS01 is a BL super servo amplifier manufactured by Sanyo Denki for fast and reliable servo response. It has a 7-segment display and LED to indicate operating status/alarm codes. The 60BA servo amplifier is housed in a robust metal enclosure designed for vertical panel mounting.
The servo amplifier 60BA03FXS01 operates with an input voltage ranging from 200 to 240 VAC at frequencies of 50 or 60 Hz for single-phase and three-phase power supply. A continuous output current at 3 A can be delivered by the amplifier. Control functions of this servo amplifier can be reached through a ±10 V differential analog signal that enables velocity and torque control capabilities. It utilizes 5 V TTL incremental encoder input with A, B and Z channels for feedback and includes Hall sensor inputs for motor commutation. The 60BA servo amplifier’s internal architecture features high-speed IGBT devices configured in a three-phase inverter bridge that is driven by gate ICs. A PWM switching method is used to achieve real-time monitoring. It has a high-voltage electrolytic capacitor to provide DC bus filtering and energy buffering. The 60BA servo amplifier has multiple protections for overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit and thermal shutdown via integrated thermistor sensors.
The 60BA03FXS01 super servo amplifier features designated B1 and B2 terminals that can be connected to external regenerative resistor for energy dissipation during deceleration. It has a black aluminum heatsink and uses forced cooling. The rated ambient temperature is 0°C to 50°C and the allowable ambient humidity is 20% to 90%. The 60BA servo amplifier’s wiring is connected through CN1 for analog command, alarm output and control signals while with CN2 for encoder and Hall sensor input. Its main AC input and motor output are connected via a front-facing screw terminal block.
