Product Description:
The 27BA100FXTH2 is a servo amplifier built by Sanyo Denki to be used with motors that belong to the BL super series. The amplifier aids in optimum control of the speed, position, and general operation of the connected motor. It is built as an IP20 device that is able to withstand large foreign solids; however, it should still be operated indoors and installed in an additional protective switchgear cabinet. The various input and output connection interfaces necessary for the optimum operation of this product are integrated into its front panel. These connection interfaces include the main power connection, the earth connection, and the motor connection. There are also two communication interfaces labelled as CN1 and CN2 on the front panel of the servo amplifier. During the operation of this product, operators can easily detect any errors by monitoring the color of the LEDs indicators that are also integrated into its front panel.
The 27BA100FXTH2 servo amplifier has a light metallic housing that makes its installation significantly easy to carry out. This housing is also coated to prevent yellowing, rusting or weathering of the amplifier housing. There is a heatsink integrated into the back of the servo amplifier; the heat sink provides quick heat dissipation via natural convection and thermal radiation. There is also a fan that blows cool air over the integrated heatsink. The physical modification of this product after delivery is not allowed; operators should ensure that the amplifier is only used according to instructions in its documentation.
The rated output current of this amplifier is approximately 30 amperes, it also operates with a system voltage of about 200 volts. Apart from the reliable control operation provided by this product, it is also designed to carry out several protective operations, including overcurrent, overload, and thermal protection.
