Product Description:
The 27BA100FXT17 BL super servo amplifier functions as a motor control device developed by Sanyo Denki. It supplies power to the connected motor through IGBTs and relies on heatsinks to manage temperature during operation. A manual reset button is provided to clear latched alarms and restore system functionality.
The 27BA100FXT17 BL super servo amplifier accepts 100V AC input to generate 3-phase output at U, V, W terminals for motor wiring. Its CN1 and CN2 connectors allow feedback from encoder/resolver by processing control data and receiving pulse train information respectively. The safety system of the 27BA10 BL servo amplifier features a 75A NFB breaker together with a protective fuse for safety against short circuits and overcurrent. It offers DC bus connection through P and N terminals while OH1 and OH2 terminals enable monitoring the temperature. The front panel shows status indicators that display the power rail states including AC100 and both +15V and -15V. The 27BA10 BL servo amplifier provides alarm indicators showing RGSO for regenerative overvoltage, OL for overload situations, CE for communication-based issues, OC for overcurrent circumstances as well as SE and TE for sensor malfunctions and thermal alarm conditions.
The 27BA100FXT17 BL super servo amplifier enable the users to set the gain control, offset and input signal values through variable resistors VR1 to VR6. Its VR6 resistor functions to set the speed loop gain whereas VR3 and VR4 adjust signal offset with balance parameters. Within the 27BA10 BL servo amplifier a large capacitive bank and multiple integrated circuits with operational amplifiers support the internal processing of feedback control. It contains built-in snubber circuits together with relays and MOSFETs to control fast switching operations.
